Shipping

We deliver to any part of mainland UK. We endeavour to ship all orders within 48 hours on a next business day service.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a refund for the full price you paid for the item.
We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back any items returned to us after 14 days with charge for engineers testing/inspection, unless faulty.

If you need to return an item please contact us first so that we can provide an RMA number, all items should be adequately protected for shipping and returned in the original packaging complete with all parts, documentation, etc.
