SLA Support

The current rates for our standard SLA packages are set out below:

Bronze – £40/month

  • Free 1 hour on site visit a month.
  • Priority support – on site by next working day.
  • Free telephone and remote support within agreed hours.
  • 10% discount on all consumables.
  • Emergency support available outside of working hours.
  • Free updates on all software updates not requiring licensing costs are included.
  • Free 1 hour annual staff training for EPOS and Till customers, by appointment
  • Free consultation on procurement and development.

Education Establishments and Registered Charities – £25 per month

Silver – £60/month.

  • Free 1 hour on site visit a month.
  • Reduced hourly fee afterwards if required.
  • Priority support within 8 working hours.
  • Free telephone and remote support within agreed hours.
  • 10% discount on all consumables.
  • Emergency support available outside of working hours.
  • Free updates on all software updates not requiring licensing costs are included.
  • Free 4 hour staff training for EPOS and Till customers, by appointment
  • Free consultation on procurement and development.

Education Establishments and Registered Charities – £45 per month

Gold – £80/month

  • Free 1 hour on site visit a month.
  • Reduced hourly fee afterwards if required.
  • Priority Support within 8 working hours or same day if called before 10.30am.
  • Free telephone and remote support within agreed hours.
  • 10% discount on all consumables.
  • Emergency support available outside of working hours.
  • Free Updates on all software updates not requiring licensing costs are included.
  • Free 4 hour staff training for EPOS and Till customers, by appointment
  • Free consultation on procurement and development.
  • Support extended to peripheral devices and projectors
  • Off-site backup included

Education Establishments and Registered Charities – £60 per month

Platinum – £120/month

  • Free 1 hour on site visit a month.
  • Reduced hourly fee afterwards if required.
  • Priority support within 4 working hours.
  • Free telephone and remote support within agreed hours.
  • 10% discount on all consumables.
  • Emergency support available outside of working hours.
  • Free updates on all software updates not requiring licensing costs are included.
  • Free 1 hour staff training for EPOS and Till customers.
  • Free consultation on procurement and development.
  • Support extended to peripheral devices and projectors
  • Off-site backup included
  • Instant hardware swap outs.
  • Free annual hardware service

Server Support – from £40/month
