We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt/invoice or proof of purchase. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned unless faulty. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Special orders or items marked as “non-returnable”
- Downloadable software products
- Personalised or custom-made items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you receive a refund, the delivery charges will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery charges for returning your item.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
