  1. The promoter is Cornish EPOS & IT Services Ltd (company no. 07498452), whose registered office is at 8B, Duchy Business Centre, Wilson Way, Redruth, TR15 3RT. 
  1. By entering this promotion you are deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.
  1. The prize is 12 x 440ml cans of St Ives Brewery IPA beer featuring our own branded and designed bottles ‘Endless Epossibilities’.
  1. There is no fee or purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  2. To enter, Participants are required to subscribe to the Cornish EPOS & IT Services newsletter and promotional emails in return for a giveaway entry. You can subscribe here.
  1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only. 
  1. This promotion opens at 9am 28/2/24 and closes at 5pm 29/2/24 (GMT).
  1. 1 winner will be selected at random, from all qualifying entries received, on 4/3/24 and will be contacted via the email they have provided. The winner will also be announced on Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn. An email will be sent to arrange delivery, conditional on receiving ID proof of being over 18 years old. With accepting these terms and conditions the winner therefore accepts that their name will be announced on the social media platforms stated.  
  1. The winner will only ever be contacted by Cornish EPOS & IT Services Ltd. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification or is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.  
  1. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 
  1. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same person, only the first entry will be accepted. 
  1. We remind anyone entering this promotion to please drink responsibly. 
  1. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 
  1. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 
  1. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
